WE BEGIN WITH YOUR VISION AND BUILD FROM THERE
We've learned that the key to a positive building experience is through continual and transparent communication. From our initial meeting with you, to the final walk through of your unique and personalized home, our dedicated team will seamlessly guide your through our distinct building process.
#1 INITIAL CONSULTATION
We offer you free consultation to discuss your needs, scope of project, budget, timelines and answer any questions you may have.
#2 ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
We will coordinate with a designer to create a plan that encompasses your ideas, needs, lifestyle, and neighbourhood design. Together we can evaluate these plans to make certain it is within budget and make suggestions for improvement. There is often several revisions made until the working plans are finalized.
#3 ESTIMATE & CONTRACT
Once design is complete and to your satisfaction we will provide you with a detailed quote. This is followed by the contract signing and a deposit.
#4 CONSTRUCTION PHASE
We take care of all permits and required documents. At any point of construction we welcome you to visit your home as often as you like. There will be several on-site meetings and walk thru's to ensure you are satisfied at every stage.
#5 FINISHING SELECTIONS
Working with an interior designer will make this process easier, ensuring our schedule and budget are on track.
#6 HOME OWNER ORIENTATION / WARRANTY
After construction is completed we will walk you through your new home. Warranty papers are signed and you can rest assured any further issues will be taken care of swiftly. You are ready to move in!
